This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit www.tech24.ae (the "Website") and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information.

This policy is written to align with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data ("UAE PDPL") and general international data protection principles. It applies to information we collect through the Website, via email, WhatsApp and phone, and through the course of providing our services.

  • Project-related information — data you share with us in the course of a service engagement, which is governed by the specific confidentiality terms of that engagement in addition to this policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide requested information about our services;
  • Prepare proposals, quotes and contracts;

The Website may be accessed from outside the United Arab Emirates. By using the Website, you understand that information you provide may be processed in the UAE, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
