A service relationship with Tech24 is formed only upon mutual agreement to a written proposal, quotation, or signed service agreement, which will set out the specific scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and any additional terms for that engagement.

5. Fees & Payment

Fees for services are agreed on a per-engagement basis and detailed in the relevant proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are payable within the timeframe specified in that agreement. Late payment may result in suspension of ongoing work at our discretion, following reasonable notice.

6. Confidentiality

We treat information shared with us in connection with a service engagement as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to perform the engagement, as required by law, or with your consent. Mutual non-disclosure agreements are available on request prior to detailed project discussions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under UAE law, Tech 24 FZE - LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this Website. For service engagements, liability is governed by the limitation of liability provisions set out in the applicable signed service agreement.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under UAE law, including liability for fraud or gross negligence.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
